Arthritis

Arthritis

There are only two main forms of arthritis, but there are very many causes that cause them. Osteoarthritis, which is most common in old age, is defined as a condition of wear and tear of the cartilage in the joints causing pain and stiffness in the joints most commonly used in weight loss (knee, hip, foot, spine). Rheumatoid arthritis affects the joints of the whole body, not just the weight-bearing ones.
Dietary supplements antioxidants, essential fatty acids and herbal preparations from Boswell, curcumin and some hop extracts reduce inflammation.
